Meet 8x Bodybuilding Legend Ronnie Coleman.

RONNIE DEAN COLEMAN
The legend was born May 13, 1964, in Monroe, Louisiana United States. Ronnie Dean Coleman is an American retired professional bodybuilder who has won the Mr. Olympia title for eight(8) consecutive years. I consider him as one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time.

To fuel his hardcore, intense workout and also build massive muscles, Ronnie ate a lot of bodybuilding staple foods such as chicken, potatoes, rice, lean beef, eggs, oatmeal, bean, and vegetables. And a frequent serving of whey protein.

RONNIE'S HEALTH

The fitness world was in shock when it was revealed in October that the 54-year-old American, the face of bodybuilding and a multiple world champion,t  was told he may never walk again due to the raft of surgeries and his incessant training.

Coleman cut a sad, crippled figure in a recent documentary on his remarkable rise and harrowing fall. In the interview, Ronnie made some controversial remarks about surgeons that operated on him.

Coleman said that the operations cost more than $2million and if the surgeons did the job right, he would have probably been walking for a long time. While Ronnie is saying all this, the bodybuilding and fitness world has been debating if he is to blame for all his injuries.

After every operation that Ronnie had, he would eventually be back at the gym trying to get back into shape.

While a normal person would be worried about therapy and hopefully never having another operation, Ronnie would just continue his regular life as if he never had an injury.

As the operations started to get more serious and the outcome even worse, Ronnie would sometimes have to have up to six months of therapy to get the use of his legs and out of the wheelchair.
